Regarding the text you received, it was part of a general request sent to customers asking for feedback as we work toward a review milestone. It certainly wasn’t intended to “badger” anyone.

We take legitimate feedback seriously and are always willing to address concerns directly. That said, creating a second Google account to leave another 1-star review about the exact same situation feels less like providing feedback and more like an attempt to cause additional harm to a small business. I’m glad you seem to take enjoyment in trying to wreak havoc on a small business and the people who work hard here every day, but posting the same complaint from multiple accounts doesn’t change the facts of the situation.
